Units of functional electronics based on the "nitrogen-free"
diamonds
Nitrogen-free materials used in functional units for electronics, medicine
are intended to use in extremal coditions, including high temperature,
radiation level, chemical and mechanical pressure.
There are sensors for registering of gas-components, temperature, pressure,
stream and detectors of electromagnet and corpuscular radiations.
The sensors are used for:
- for registering of nuclear radiation level in reactors and other nuclear-fuel
devices;
- manufacturing of mini-units for registering of low-level IR-radiation;
- for study of resistance of devices to II in space vehicles;
- radiology and dozymetric units (medicine).
